REFUND POLICY

Before placing an order, please ensure your address is accurate (including house, apartment, or dorm numbers) to avoid delays.

Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. In such cases, contact your local post office promptly.

Refunds and exchanges are only available for damaged/defective items or incorrect deliveries. If you ordered the wrong size, kindly make a new purchase.

DELIVERY

International orders outside of Kazakhstan will be delivered in 2-4 weeks from date of purchase.
